We value the valiant work of the local church. We understand the challenges of the local church leaders. We value all of the men and women called of God to serve as pastors. We duly note that the pastor is of great importance to the work of the Universal Church. Our pastors are of great value to us and we are mindful of how blessed we are to have them humbly serve with us in the unified work for the Kingdom of God.
