Ecclesial Functions

Where Alignment Meets Accountability

Divine Ministries International Fellowship functions as an alignment‑based ecclesiastical body where alignment meets accountability. We do not operate as a denomination or hierarchical covering system. Instead, D‑MIF provides a covenant environment where leaders walk together in clarity, structure, and mutual strengthening. These standards define the work we perform as a fellowship and the responsibilities we uphold when serving aligned leaders and ministries. D‑MIF performs ecclesiastical acts for aligned leaders as requested and as led by the Holy Spirit. These acts are carried out with dignity, order, and theological integrity. These acts include:

  1. Consecration of Bishops
  2. Installation of Overseers
  3. Ordination of Clergy
  4. Affirmation of Apostles
  5. Recognize Prophets

All ecclesial functions performed by Divine Ministries International Fellowship are guided by the Holy Spirit and carried out through prayerful examination, discernment, and covenant accountability. The scope of our work is determined by the spiritual readiness, character, and alignment of the leaders and ministries we serve. D‑MIF assists both internal and external churches in sacred movements such as consecrations, installations, ordinations, affirmations, and recognitions, ensuring that every act is conducted with dignity, order, and theological integrity. Churches and leaders connected to the fellowship may request these ecclesial acts, and each request is evaluated to ensure that it aligns with Scripture, the culture of the fellowship, and the divine timing of God.

Development Functions

Divine Ministries International Fellowship functions as a builder’s fellowship, committed to strengthening leaders, ministries, and emerging ecclesial structures. Beyond our ecclesial acts, we engage in developmental work that equips leaders with clarity, language, and systems that support sustainable growth. These functions help ensure that aligned leaders walk in order, accountability, and architectural understanding as they build or refine their own ministries, fellowships, and networks. Every developmental function is carried out by request and in partnership with the leader’s existing structure, honoring their assignment while reinforcing the covenant culture of D‑MIF.

Development Functions Include:

  1. Educating episcopal entities Providing training, clarity, and theological grounding for bishops, overseers, and senior leaders.
  2. Strengthening governance structures Helping ministries establish lanes, systems, and operational order that reflect biblical and organizational integrity.
  3. Helping build fellowships Assisting leaders in forming or refining fellowships, networks, and alliances with proper architecture and identity.
  4. Providing architectural language Supplying leaders with the terminology, frameworks, and structural vocabulary needed to articulate their vision clearly.
  5. Offering alignment‑based accountability Walking with leaders in covenant accountability that emphasizes integrity, clarity, and responsible stewardship.
  6. Supporting leaders in organizational development Guiding ministries through growth, restructuring, or expansion with strategic and ecclesiastical insight.

These development functions reflect the builder’s nature of Divine Ministries International Fellowship. Our work extends beyond ecclesial acts into the strengthening of leaders, systems, and organizational identity. Through education, structural guidance, and alignment‑based accountability, D‑MIF helps leaders and fellowships establish clarity, order, and sustainable growth. Every developmental function is carried out in partnership with the requesting leader or ministry, ensuring that our support honors their unique assignment while reinforcing the covenant culture and architectural integrity of the fellowship.
