Matriarch
Lady Lula Robinson
Matriarch of D-MIF
Lady Lula Robinson’s life carries the quiet strength and steady grace of a woman who has walked with God long enough for His character to settle into her very presence. She is the picture of a true First Lady — elegant, prayerful, faithful, and unwavering in her devotion to the work of the Lord. Everything Scripture describes in a Proverbs 31 woman is reflected in her: dignity that does not shout, wisdom that does not boast, and a heart that serves without seeking recognition. Her love for God is evident, her honor toward His house is consistent, and her life has become a living testimony of what it means to walk in virtue, resilience, and holy confidence.
As the wife of the late Bishop Michael Robinson, the Co‑Founder of D‑MIF, Lady Lula Robinson has carried a legacy that is both sacred and foundational to this fellowship. When Bishop Robinson transitioned, and later when the original Matriarch passed, it became clear that she was the rightful and natural successor to the office of Matriarch. Her journey has not been without trial — after a serious health crisis that required her to relearn how to walk and talk, her recovery stands as a visible reminder of God’s sustaining power. Today, her presence, her prayers, and her unwavering support remain a blessing to this fellowship. She stands as a mothering voice, a steadying influence, and a living bridge between our history and our future.
