D-MIF F.O.R.M.A.T.I.O.N

The Nine Pillars of what D-MIF is all about

D‑MIF FORMATION

F — Fellowship

Covenant life together under Christ, producing belonging, mutual responsibility, and shared spiritual identity without hierarchy, competition, or political maneuvering.

O — Order

Biblical, apostolic, and ecclesiastical order that establishes authority, safeguards doctrine, and creates dignity, clarity, and spiritual accountability.

R — Relationship

Christ-centered, accountable, and honor-based relationships that cultivate trust, correction, reconciliation, and long-term spiritual health among God’s people.

M — Ministry

The faithful stewardship and exercise of gifts through service, outreach, and mission expressing Christ’s work through His body.

A — Alignment

Ongoing spiritual, doctrinal, and relational alignment that keeps leaders and churches unified in vision, truth, and purpose.

T — Training

Intentional biblical instruction, leadership development, and formation that matures believers into Christlikeness and equips the body to live for Christ.

I — Impartation

The imparting of spiritual strength, wisdom, and clarity through the Word of God, worship, prayer, and the Spirit’s work.

O — Organization

Established systems, leadership structure, governance, and administrative excellence that sustain growth, protect integrity, and ensure faithfulness over time.

N — Networking

Intentional connection, collaboration, and shared resources with the wider Body of Christ to advance the Kingdom beyond local boundaries.

Formation through biblical order means that D‑MIF exists to cultivate covenant fellowship governed by Christ’s authority, where order protects doctrine, relationships provide accountability, ministry expresses faithful service, alignment keeps us centered on truth, training forms maturity, impartation sustains spiritual life, organization ensures longevity, and networking advances the Kingdom beyond ourselves. Together these pillars create an ecosystem where Christ can stand “in the midst” and power can be developed even in small, disciplined settings. We aim to ensure that a culture of spiritual accountability and submission, correction, discipline, repentance, and obedience are actively practiced under Christ’s authority through divine accountability. The FORMATION pillars are conditions we strive to live by because we believe that fellowship flourishes only where order is embraced, truth is upheld, and Christ is recognized.
